• American Standard 5A7A4060A Condenser: The American Standard 5A7A4 is a single-stage Silver 14 split-system air conditioner with a SpineFin outdoor coil and scroll compressor, rated up to 15.2 SEER2 on low-GWP R-454B refrigerant, spanning 1.5-5 ton (018-060) capacities.
• American Standard 5TEM4D06AC4 Air Handler: The American Standard 5TEM is a multi-position, convertible electric fan-coil air handler for use with split heat pump or AC condensers, housing an ECM or PSC blower and multi-circuit electric heat kit provisions; the 5TEM4 sub-series covers 1.5-5 ton fixed-speed models while 5TEM6 adds variable-speed operation.
• BAYHTR Supplementary Electric Heat Kit BAYHTR1523BR Heat Kit: BAYHTR accessory heat kits are factory-engineered supplementary electric heaters that field-install into American Standard 5TEM/TEM-series air handlers, available in multiple kW stages (approximately 5-23 kW across this model range) at 208/240V to provide backup or auxiliary electric resistance heat alongside a heat pump.

• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation
