• Ameristar A5AC4048B Condenser: A budget-friendly, reliable single-stage split-system air conditioner built to Trane Technologies quality standards, rated up to 14.3 SEER2 and using next-generation R-454B refrigerant with an all-aluminum outdoor coil.
• Ameristar A951X100CU5S Furnace: A higher-efficiency, reliable 95% AFUE gas furnace built to Trane Technologies quality standards, using a variable-speed ECM blower and two-stage gas valve for quieter operation and greater energy savings than standard-efficiency models.
• 5TXC Cased Aluminum Evaporator Coil 5TXCC009AS Evaporator Coil: The American Standard 5TXC is an aluminum cased multi-position (upflow/downflow/horizontal) evaporator coil engineered for use with Silver-series condensers and heat pumps, sized 1.5-5 ton, compatible with R-454B refrigerant systems.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

Professional Installation:

• Installation of new equipment and all included parts
• Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
• Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
• Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the conventional disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation
