What's Included:

• Goodman GLXT7CA3610 Condenser: Goodman GLXT7C two-stage, high-efficiency air conditioner featuring a Copeland Ultra-Tech scroll compressor, ComfortBridge technology, and a quiet ECM fan motor.
• Goodman CHPTA3630C3 Evaporator Coil: Goodman CHPTA/CAPTA cased upflow/downflow/horizontal evaporator coil with internal TXV, all-aluminum construction, and an insulated, compact cabinet for space-limited installations.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the conventional disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation
