• Goodman GSXS6S2410A Condenser: Goodman GSXS6S single-stage air conditioner built for dependable, energy-efficient cooling with durable cabinet construction.
• Goodman GMVC800603BNA Furnace: Goodman GMVC80 two-stage, communicating gas furnace rated up to 80% AFUE with ComfortBridge technology and a constant-torque ECM blower.
• Goodman CAPEA2422B4 Evaporator Coil: Goodman CHPTA/CAPTA cased upflow/downflow/horizontal evaporator coil with internal TXV, all-aluminum construction, and an insulated, compact cabinet for space-limited installations.

Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.

• Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the conventional disconnect
• Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
• New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
• Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
• Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
• Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
• Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
• Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
• Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
• Asbestos abatement, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
• Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation
